This activity is equipped with a unique experimental setup for producing ingots via cold crucible melting up to 3 kg, allowing for sufficient sample quantities for comprehensive metallurgical analysis. The laboratory primarily develops Fe-based and Ni-based alloys. A significant part of the department&#8217;s activity involves the development of high-entropy alloys. The production process is complemented by chemical analysis resources.<\/p>\n<p>This department also includes facilities for material processing through thermomechanical treatments (power hammer,
