Szilvia Kalacska’s work recognised by the Hungarian Society for Microscopy

The Árpád Barna award of the Hungarian Society for Microscopy recognises outstanding research in the field of electron microscopy. Established in 2024, this prestigious award supports and inspires researchers while promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.

Szilvia Kalacska received the Special Award for 2025 for her work in electron microscopy.

The awards were presented at the Hungarian Society for Microscopy conference in May.
