2024 Annual Conference of the French Ceramics Group

The LGF and SAINBIOSE laboratories organized the 2024 Annual Conference of the French Ceramics Group in Saint-Etienne, from March 19 to 21, 2024, on the Saint-Etienne campus of EM-LYON Business School. It brought together 130 participants from various laboratories (around twenty) in France and Belgium. There were 41 oral presentations, 16 poster communications, 6 presentations by doctoral students participating in the best thesis competition, and two invited speakers whose topics focused on mineral raw materials for the traditional ceramics industry (Alexandre SEVAGEN, Sevagen SA) and the recycling of technical ceramics (Asmae EL MAANGAR, VALOREF BU, Saint-Gobain). This event received support from Saint-Etienne Métropole and the companies Bony SA (Saint-Étienne), Imérys (Paris), Setnag (Marseille), and Solcera (Evreux). During these days, 6 companies exhibited their technical equipment: 3DCERAM (Limoges), Formulaction (Toulouse), Ribori (Genay), Setaram (Lyon), Grindosonic (Leuven, Belgium), and Setnag.
